Fatima Sana Shaikh is an Indian Movie and TV actress who recently gained famed by the Aamir khan starer movie ‘Dangal’. Famita played the role of Indian wrestler ‘Geeta Phogat’ along with Aamir khan who played the role of her father ‘Mahavir Singh Phogat’.
Fatima was born on 11th Jan, 1992 in the city of Hyderabad, India. Her dad Vipan Sharma is a Hindu from Jammu and mother is Raj Tabassum, a Muslim from Srinagar. Soon she moved to the bollywood capital-Mumbai and since then she stayed there. Her school was Xavier High School in Mumbai and she did her collage from Mithibai College, Mumbai.
Very few people noticed that Fatima had also worked in movies as a child artist earlier. She worked in 1997 movie ‘Chachi 420’ as baby Ratan. She shared screen along with Kamal Hassan.
